Fullerton appoints Swaminathan Subramanian as Chief People Officer By Elets News Network - 20 May 2021

Mumbai headquartered Non-Banking Financial Company Fullerton India has named Swaminathan Subramanian as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). Prior to this appointed, he was associated with Sterlite Power, where he was heading the Human Resource Function as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for India and Brazil before rejoining the Fullerton India family.

Swaminathan holds more than two decades of global experience across HR leadership positions being associated with companies in Africa and the Middle East. He has the experience of working with several prominent corporations around the world, namely Reliance Capital, JP Morgan, Barclays, Standard Chartered Bank, and Accenture. Swami’s areas of expertise are consulting, mergers & acquisitions, and human resources.

On Swaminathan’s appointment, Shantanu Mitra, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Fullerton India, said, “We would like to extend a warm welcome to Swami as he rejoins the Fullerton India family. We are confident that his leadership and people-focused policies will help us grow stronger than before.”
