Freshworks Inc. has appointed Srinivasan Raghavan as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). He has over 20 years of experience in enterprise SaaS. At Freshworks, Srini will oversee the organisation’s product strategy to improve its AI-driven software solutions for exceptional customer (CX) and employee experiences (EX). He will join the company’s executive management team and report directly to CEO and President Dennis Woodside.

Woodside welcomed Srini, calling him uniquely qualified for the position due to his bold vision for AI, coupled with his expertise in scaling multi-product enterprises. He further informed that Srini will support Freshworks’ growth in three of the organisation’s top priorities – employee experience, artificial intelligence, and customer experience.

Before joining Freshworks, Srini served as Chief Product Officer at RingCentral, where he expanded the product portfolio to include cloud-based contact centres, marketing tools, and sales intelligence solutions. His time as Senior Vice President of Product at Five9 saw him develop AI-powered platforms for automation, virtual agents, and tools for contact centre agents. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Cisco, focusing on application software and collaboration technologies.

Srini’s global leadership journey spans the U.S., Europe, and Asia, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on scaling solutions for diverse markets. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Engineering, along with an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His passion for innovation and customer-centric strategies aligns with Freshworks’ mission to make technology accessible and impactful. With a foundation in engineering, Srini is an expert in product management, user experience, and corporate strategy.
