Debashish Roy is taking charge as the new Chief Digital Transformation Officer of tyre manufacturers CEAT. He will report to the Chief Executive of CEAT Specialty, Amit Tolani, and help the company by leading its digital innovation, technological advancements and customer-centric initiatives.

Roy has more than 15 years of experience working for firms like Pfizer, Viseven, Abbott, PwC and Cognizant. He is an expert in the fields of digital transformation, managing digital disruption and innovation, and achieving customer centricity across channels, platforms, products, analytics and new business models. He has an MBA in Strategy and Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Tolani welcomed Debashish to the CEAT family and praised his experience in digital transformation and innovation. He also expressed his confidence in Roy’s vision and leadership skills, which will add to CEAT’s growth and improve its position in the industry’s market.
