In partnership with Amazon Web Services, digital transformation services provider Crayon has announced the opening of an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Incubation Center in Bengaluru (AWS). As the first of its kind in the nation, Crayon’s center will help startups and ISVs in India create cloud-based digital solutions for public sector applications such as edtech, smart infrastructure, healthcare, and agriculture during a nine-month period.

Indeed, ISVs and startups encounter difficulties such as figuring out how quickly technology is advancing, figuring out which tools and solutions to use, and cutting down on time-to-market, governance, and data security. Customers can more quickly scale their cloud-based company concepts to their clientele with the aid of Crayon’s ISV incubation center. Crayon will provide services including go-to-market strategies, training on developing a cloud business plan, and exploiting technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Through roundtable discussions and executive briefings, where market-ready ISVs can showcase their solutions to public sector clients, the attendees will have the chance to network with public sector contacts.

“We are leveraging Crayon’s decades of experience working with ISVs to assist these startups realize their ideas by opening our first ISV Incubation Center in India. “We are excited to work with AWS on this historic project; AWS’s most comprehensive and extensive range of cloud services, in-depth knowledge of the public sector, and worldwide presence will be vital in assisting more emerging ISVs and startups in expanding and growing,” stated Vikas Bhonsle, CEO of Crayon Software Experts India.

The partner ISVs will be accepted as new members of the AWS Partner Network (APN), an international network with over 100,000 partners in 150 countries presently. Through the AWS Well-Architected Review approach, which enables partners to assess architectures and create scalable designs, these partner ISVs will receive technical validation help.

Sunil PP, Lead—Education, Space, Non-profits, Channels and Alliances, AWS India Private Limited, said, “AWS is committed to enabling local small businesses to drive economic and social impact. We are pleased to collaborate with Crayon to empower homegrown ISVs and startups to innovate using the power of the cloud.”
