Cognizant has deepened its strategic partnership with Google Cloud, advancing from platform integration to enterprise-scale execution focused on deploying agentic AI systems capable of autonomous business process management.

Building on its recent Gemini Enterprise adoption, Cognizant is combining internal deployment, commercial execution, and scaled delivery investments to transform agentic AI potential into measurable business outcomes. The company has invested in and is deploying Google Workspace alongside Gemini Enterprise internally to enhance productivity, employee experience, and delivery velocity.

Leveraging this internal implementation, Cognizant will launch a new productivity offering combining Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace to help clients transition from manual, fragmented workflows to AI-driven processes including collaborative content creation and supplier communications.

Annadurai Elango, President of Core Technologies and Insights at Cognizant, emphasized the company’s positioning as an AI builder focused on purpose-built, enterprise-grade solutions. He highlighted Cognizant’s combination of proprietary intellectual property and deep services expertise to build industry-specific platforms and co-create tailored agentic solutions.

To support scalable delivery, Cognizant is establishing a dedicated Gemini Enterprise Center of Excellence and investing in capabilities required to deploy agentic AI consistently at enterprise scale. The company will operationalize this through its Agent Development Lifecycle, integrating AI directly into development workflows from design through production rollout.

Kevin Ichhpurani, President of Global Ecosystem and Channels at Google Cloud, stated the partnership combines advanced AI technology with deep industry expertise to help enterprises operationalize agentic AI and deploy solutions delivering real business impact.

Cognizant will leverage proprietary tools including Cognizant Ignition and Cognizant Agent Foundry to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and rapid value realization through no-code capabilities for high-impact use cases.
