Carlsberg India has announced the appointment of Vandana Kapur as the Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Vandana will play a pivotal part in steering the company’s human capital strategy towards future growth. Her responsibilities will encompass enhancing organizational effectiveness, advancing talent management, and fortifying diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.

Bringing over two decades of experience to the table, Vandana’s career is decorated with significant achievements in various sectors including corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial ventures. Before joining Carlsberg India, she held the position of country HR head at Agilent Technologies and served as the Global HR Director for Operations at Centrient Pharmaceuticals.

Nilesh Patel, the Managing Director of Carlsberg India, expressed his optimism regarding Kapur’s appointment, stating, “Vandana’s extensive experience will be invaluable in fulfilling our mission to ‘Brew for a Better Tomorrow’.”
