Airtel India has named Satkeerthi M as new chief technology officer of airtel business.

“I am super excited in welcoming Satkeerthi M as the new Chief Technology Officer of Airtel Business. Satkeerthi is an old Airtel hand and a natural leader with cross-functional expertise. We’re excited to have her leading as we build upon our strengths in 5G & Network as a Service,” said Ajay Chitkara, Director & CEO – Airtel Business, in a Linkedin post on Thursday.

She has completed her engineering from BMS College of Engineering and MBA from Ta Pai institute of management. She was the CTO and India head & VAS-South Hub of Bharti Airtel Services for the last 20 years.

“With the growing demand for IoT and Work From Anywhere solutions, we are strengthening our edge cloud portfolio to cater to our customers latency sensitive applications – A key focus area that Satkeerthi will drive,” Chitkara added.
