Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), announced that it is relying on its cooperation with Microsoft to provide software services based on artificial intelligence (AI). The cloud-based AI tool GitHub Copilot is used in partnership with Azure OpenAI, a joint venture between Microsoft and Sam Altman’s OpenAI. With the use of this instrument, a number of solutions are being offered, including personalized customer service for merchants and fraud detection for financial institutions.
The objective is to “fuel growth and improve profit margins,” according to TCS CEO K. Krithivasan in an interview with Bloomberg that was published on Monday.

The partnership’s main goal is to provide the market with solutions tailored to certain industries. But it added that there was still uncertainty about when considerable market influence will be attained, with estimates indicating it may take at least a few quarters.

TCS is integrating AI technology into its software solutions, which is proven helpful in obtaining significant business transactions. TCS has more than 100,000 generative AI-ready personnel.
To effectively utilize the knowledge of top executives and improve client interactions, Krithivasan, who assumed the position of CEO in June, has also started organizational adjustments.

The CEO of TCS, Krithivasan, stressed on the company’s dedication to improving capabilities for a deeper level of engagement with these transitions and aligning more closely with clients’ future investments. “We will continue to enhance our capabilities so that we can participate more,” he added.
