Tata Communications has announced the appointment of N Ganapathy Subramaniam (NGS) as the Chairman of its Board of Directors. His selection follows the recommendation of the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

NGS brings extensive leadership experience, having spent four decades at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at TCS before stepping down in May 2024.

With his deep expertise in technology and business strategy, his leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping Tata Communications’ growth trajectory.
