Sreejit Nair, former CEO of Costa Coffee (Devyani International’s master franchisee), takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer at 4700 BC.

Sreejit begins his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he plays a key role in integrating Wella and Gillette into P&G’s mainline business while leading the modern trade division. After a brief stint in Dubai with Henkel as a trade marketing manager, he returns to India.

In 2008, he joined PepsiCo but stepped away in 2011 to establish and lead Integer, a shopper marketing agency in India, as its Managing Director. He later rejoined PepsiCo in 2012 as the Head of National Modern Trade.

In 2015, he transitioned to the beverage sector with Raw Pressery. Following its acquisition by Wingreens World, he moves up to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Now, as the CEO of 4700 BC, he is set to drive growth and innovation in the premium snacking space.
