DCM Shriram has appointed Sabaleel Nandy as CEO of its Chemicals Business.

Nandy is a global leader with proven success at companies such as TATA Group, Zuari Agrochemicals, and Paradeep Phosphates. He has over two decades of experience in chemicals and fertilizers, having spent 18 years in Tata group companies such as TATA Motors, TATA Sons, and TATA Chemicals.

He was also the Vice President of TATA Chemicals (North America), where he oversaw one of the world’s largest soda-ash plants.

Before joining DCM Shriram, Nandy was President and Chief Operating Officer at Paradeep Phosphates, overseeing joining DCM Shriram, Nandy was President and Chief Operating Officer at Paradeep Phosphates, where he oversaw operations, profit and loss, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and global procurement.

Nandy earned his engineering degree at IIT Kharagpur and his MBA at IIM Lucknow.
