Renu Bohra has recently been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at National Engineering Industries, known for NBC Bearings. Prior to this role, Bohra was serving as the Chief People Officer at DB Schenker. Her professional journey includes significant roles at Bharat Aluminium Company, HSCC (India), and Blue Star.

With a commendable background, Bohra brings over two decades of experience to the table, spanning across various facets of human resources. Her expertise includes driving business transformation, advocating for diversity and inclusion, as well as focusing on talent development and succession planning. She also possesses an academic background in technology, having completed a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
