Qlik, a global leader in data integration, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI), announced a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This partnership aims to streamline the path to reliable and trusted enterprise AI by integrating Qlik’s solutions with AWS cloud and generative AI technologies.

Chris Grusz, Managing Director of Technology Partnerships at AWS, emphasized the benefits of this collaboration: “This partnership with Qlik helps customers harness advanced analytics and cloud technologies more effectively in generative AI deployments. Our combined efforts are focused on simplifying how businesses integrate and leverage AI for measurable gains.”

The collaboration will focus on SCA, which will boost collaborative innovation, helping customers derive value from generative AI applications. This includes seamless integrations with AWS generative AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service offering high-performing foundation models from leading AI companies via a single API, alongside a comprehensive set of capabilities for building generative AI applications with security, privacy, and responsible AI.

Customers will gain greater value from their SAP data by migrating their data environments. This will enable modern solutions leveraging Qlik’s extensive data integration capabilities for both SAP and non-SAP data sources.

The collaboration will support compliance, privacy, and sovereignty requirements across additional AWS Regions. This will facilitate customer migration and innovation while ensuring adherence to critical regulatory standards such as FedRAMP in the United States.

Qlik and AWS will intensify co-marketing and co-selling efforts, with investments to accelerate customer success with trusted enterprise AI.
