Key Features

The kit includes the Jetson Orin Nano 8GB system-on-module (SoM) and a carrier board. It is used for edge AI prototyping. The SoM has an NVIDIA Ampere GPU with tensor cores and a 6-core Arm CPU which supports many AI tasks and up to four cameras. It also offers higher resolution and faster frame rates. The better performance works with generative AI models and computer vision tasks.

Software Support and Community

The NVIDIA Jetson AI lab offers resources and tutorials. It supports the latest AI models. Tools like NVIDIA Isaac, Metropolis, and Holoscan help with robotics, vision AI, and sensor data. NVIDIA Omniverse Replicator and TAO Toolkit help create data and improve models.

Jetson ecosystem partners provide AI software and development tools. They also help with sensors, cameras, and design services. The performance boost is also available for Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano series. Current users can upgrade the JetPack SDK to access the improvements.
