Nikhil Bhushan has taken on the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tata Starbucks India. He will be responsible for enhancing customer experience, streamlining operations, and supporting the team at Tata Starbucks.

Bhushan announced his appointment on LinkedIn, saying, “Now, as I step into this role at Tata Starbucks, I’m excited to work with a brand that stands for quality, community, and continuous growth. My focus will be on leveraging technology to enhance our customer experience, optimise operations, and support the fantastic team that makes it all possible.”

With  24 years of leadership experience, he previously worked as the Head of IT and Chief Information and Security Officer (CISO) of Travel Food Services Pvt Ltd. Before that, he was the Vice President of Citi; and the Head of CIB Automation Testing and Global Test Manager of Equity & Commodity Derivatives at BNP Paribas India Solutions Private Limited.

Bhushan has also worked with companies like Oracle and Infosys. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business.
