Legal AI startup Jurisphere has raised $2.2 million in a funding round led by InfoEdge Ventures, with participation from Flourish Ventures, Antler, and 8i Ventures.
Founded in 2024, the company is building an AI-powered platform designed to support legal workflows. Its platform is used by law firms, enterprises, and public institutions.
Jurisphere’s platform supports use cases such as legal research, drafting, document review, contract analysis, and collaboration.
The company is developing an outcome-based legal AI platform that combines software with a network of legal professionals.

As part of its next phase, Jurisphere is expanding its platform to include a marketplace of lawyers, enabling users to access legal expertise alongside AI-driven workflows within a unified system.
