Infosys has rolled out more than 200 enterprise-grade AI agents under its Topaz AI suite, leveraging the capabilities of Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform. These AI agents are engineered to streamline complex enterprise workflows and facilitate scalable multi-agent operations across diverse industries.

Targeting sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, telecom, manufacturing, and agriculture, the AI agents are equipped with advanced features, including secure communication, autonomous decision-making, multimodal data processing, and intelligent data extraction, which turn raw data into actionable insights.

Balakrishna D. R. (Bali), Executive Vice President and Global Head of AI and Industry Verticals at Infosys, emphasised the significance of this development. “The creation of over 200 enterprise AI agents is a pivotal step in our mission to lead AI-driven transformation across industries. Through Infosys Topaz and the power of Google Cloud’s AI technology, we are redefining Human+AI synergy for unmatched operational efficiency.”

These intelligent agents are already demonstrating real-world value. For example, a monitoring agent tracks real-time network capacity and sends proactive alerts to reduce downtime. In finance, agents manage accounts payable and receivable with precision, while supply chain agents predict parts demand and dynamically adjust production schedules.

Victor Morales, Vice President of GSI and Consulting Partnerships at Google Cloud, noted, “Infosys’ AI agents built on Vertex AI empower businesses to streamline intricate workflows and support robust multi-agent ecosystems.”
