The Hitachi Unified Compute Platform (UCP) for Azure Stack HCI has been launched by Hitachi Vantara, a division of Hitachi, Ltd. that specializes in modern infrastructure, data management, and digital solutions. The reliable and well-structured hybrid cloud solution has given business organisations greater visibility and control over how their data is managed, stored, and used. Additionally, it enhances cloud management in a number of settings, such as data centers, satellite offices, and edge computing.

Due to the flexibility that comes from distributing data among public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises, a 2022 report discovered that more than four out of five organizations were deploying a hybrid cloud model, an increase over the previous year. The complexity of managing multiple environments, however, can result in a lack of integration across data sources, which restricts a company’s ability to extract business value and can increase management costs as the volume of data continues to grow exponentially.

The strength of Azure cloud services is combined with the scalability and flexibility advantages offered by the Hitachi UCP cloud infrastructure in the new joint solution. As a result, customers can utilize the flexibility to scale capacity up or down based on business needs while running workloads consistently and seamlessly in on-premises data centers, cloud environments, or edge locations. The solution also makes use of intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and a single pane of glass viewing to improve data visibility and simplify the management of hybrid cloud infrastructure.
