Hexaware Technologies has announced plans to acquire consulting firm CPS as part of its strategy to expand its AI-driven cloud transformation and enterprise consulting capabilities.

The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Hexaware’s presence in advisory-led digital transformation services, particularly across cloud modernization, data platforms, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions. CPS brings expertise in consulting, architecture, and large-scale transformation programs for global enterprises.

Hexaware said the deal will help accelerate its ability to deliver end-to-end AI and cloud transformation services by combining CPS’s consulting strengths with Hexaware’s engineering and delivery capabilities.
