Hexaware Technologies has announced plans to acquire consulting firm CPS as part of its strategy to expand its AI-driven cloud transformation and enterprise consulting capabilities.

The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Hexaware’s presence in advisory-led digital transformation services, particularly across cloud modernization, data platforms, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions. CPS brings expertise in consulting, architecture, and large-scale transformation programs for global enterprises.

Hexaware said the deal will help accelerate its ability to deliver end-to-end AI and cloud transformation services by combining CPS’s consulting strengths with Hexaware’s engineering and delivery capabilities.

The company added that enterprises are increasingly looking for integrated partners that can guide both business transformation and technology implementation as AI adoption scales across industries.
