Havells India has welcomed back Kshitij Sarup as their Head of Influencer Marketing. Kshitij, who previously served in various marketing roles at Havells, joins from Greenlam Industries where he was heading the marketing division for Plywood and Allied Business.
In his new position, Kshitij will be responsible for engaging with the architecture, design, and construction communities across Havells India’s diverse product portfolio and business units. This appointment marks a return to familiar territory for Kshitij, who has had an extensive history with the company. His previous tenure at Havells India began in September 2017 as Senior Manager of Marketing for Professional Lighting, followed by progressive promotions including roles as Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager, where he managed multiple portfolios including Consumer Lighting, Professional Lighting, Solar, REO Fans, and Rural Channel.
Before his association with Havells, Kshitij built a robust career foundation through roles at NTL Lemnis, Digitas India, and Archidesign Group. His expertise spans advertising, public relations, and brand management, with a particular strength in leveraging both traditional and modern media channels for effective communication. Notably, Kshitij has demonstrated proficiency in business analytics and data mining, utilizing these skills to optimize marketing strategies and outcomes.

The appointment, which Kshitij announced via LinkedIn, represents Havells India’s continued focus on strengthening its marketing leadership and enhancing its influence in the architecture and construction sectors.
