The Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has announced that it has appointed Alok Verma as its Director, Human Resources (HR).

Earlier to this, he was working as General Manager (HR) at the Corporate Office.

“In these challenging times my focus would be on developing the HR function as a strategic contributor to business outcomes with new initiatives,” he said.

Verma had joined the company un 2006 after working for almost two decades with National Fertilizers Limited. He holds a degree of post-graduate in Labor and Social Work along with Law degree and PG diploma in computer applications. He has vast and diverse experience of over three decades in the HR function.
