
E2E Networks Ltd. (NSE: E2E) has secured ₹420.51 crores through a preferential equity issue. It aims to strengthen E2E Networks’ AI/ML Cloud Platform to enhance services for enterprises, startups, and institutions across India.
The Board of Directors approved the issue of 24,81,592 equity shares at ₹1694.50 each, raising a total of ₹420.51 crores. Investors include members of the promoter group and public investors.

The AI-focused and MeitY-approved cloud platform plans to use the funds to accelerate its growth, investing significantly in cloud GPUs and GPU clusters critical for AI and machine learning.
