CombineSell allows merchants to manage their business in several online marketplaces through a single platform. With this move, Shopmatic and its merchant can now manage their online business through a single platform.

CombineSell has more than 30 e-commerce channels available including the ones with Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, eBay, Carousell, Redmart, Xero, etc. through a single platform.

CombineSell has recorded over USD 150 million GMV in the last one year. It was co-founded by June Yong, Amanda Ho, and Gerald Lam.

Speaking on the acquisition, Shopmatic’s Co-founder and CEO Anurag Avula said, “We are very happy with the acquisition of CombineSell. This gives us a significant advantage in enabling the overall growth and success of all merchants on our platform. In just a single click, merchants will now have access to selling across numerous channels in various countries across Southeast Asia.”

“The acquisition of CombineSell further consolidates our position as clear market leaders in digitising SMBs and individual entrepreneurs in APAC,” he added.
