Singapore based e-commerce solution firm Shopmatic has announced acquisition of the Software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform CombineSell.
CombineSell allows merchants to manage their business in several online marketplaces through a single platform. With this move, Shopmatic and its merchant can now manage their online business through a single platform.
CombineSell has more than 30 e-commerce channels available including the ones with Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, eBay, Carousell, Redmart, Xero, etc. through a single platform.
CombineSell has recorded over USD 150 million GMV in the last one year. It was co-founded by June Yong, Amanda Ho, and Gerald Lam.
Speaking on the acquisition, Shopmatic’s Co-founder and CEO Anurag Avula said, “We are very happy with the acquisition of CombineSell. This gives us a significant advantage in enabling the overall growth and success of all merchants on our platform. In just a single click, merchants will now have access to selling across numerous channels in various countries across Southeast Asia.”
