The partnership seeks to co-develop and validate AI offerings for communications service providers (CSPs), utilising Dell’s AI Factory alongside NVIDIA’s advanced GPUs and enterprise-grade AI software.

Key highlights of this collaboration include:

• Enhanced Customer Care: Leveraging AI to improve customer service and network maintenance through platforms such as Amdocs amAIz.

• Automated Operations: Automating call centre scripts and customer care operations using Internal.

• Network Analysis: Conducting network troubleshooting and analysis with Kinetica SQL-GPT.

• Predictive Maintenance: Creating digital twins for networks and conducting predictive network maintenance via Synthefy.

• Edge Deployments: Enabling AI deployments at the network’s edge through Dell PowerEdge XR8000 servers equipped with NVIDIA L4 Tensor Core GPUs.

This initiative is part of Dell’s broader “AI for Telecom” programme, which aims to simplify and expedite AI deployments for CSPs, improve network performance, and generate new revenue opportunities at the enterprise edge.

This collaboration is expected to bring significant advancements to the telecom industry, rendering networks more efficient, customer-centric, and cost-effective.
