CrowdStrike

In the 2022 Great Place to Work programme, CrowdStrike, a global pioneer in cloud-delivered endpoint, cloud workload, identity, and data protection, has been recognised as one of India’s Best Workplaces, ranking ninth on India’s 50 Great Mid-Size Workplaces list. At the awards ceremony, which was held at the Taj Santacruz in Mumbai and was attended by representatives of all 75 of the top businesses in each category, CrowdStrike was presented with the prize.

All businesses that applied for the Great Place to Work programme had to go through a rigorous two-part evaluation. First, a survey tool called the Trust Index, which collects anonymous employee input, is used to gauge the quality of the employee experience. Second, a unique instrument called a “Culture Audit” assesses the effectiveness of an organization’s people practises over the whole employee life cycle.
CrowdStrike received an 85% employee response rate with an impressive Trust Index Score of 89 ranking highly in all five dimensions surveyed including

● Credibility of Management
● Respect for People
● Fairness at the workplace
● Pride
● Camaraderie between people

According to Jhilmil Kochar, managing director of CrowdStrike India, “the CrowdStrike leadership team in India have worked hard to continue to build on our great culture over a trying couple of years that witnessed rapid expansion of the business against the disruptive backdrop of Covid.” To attract the greatest talent to work with CrowdStrike during this period of sustained growth and team expansion, it’s critical to be recognised as a Great Place to Work in India.
