
Capgemini has partnered with Dai-ichi Life Holdings to launch a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, marking a major step in boosting the insurer’s digital strategy across international markets. The multi-year alliance focuses on scaling innovation through a skilled tech workforce and accelerating capabilities in AI, cybersecurity, and data intelligence.
The India-based GCC will follow a build-operate-transfer model, enabling Dai-ichi Life to scale its tech operations efficiently. Initially, the digital initiatives will serve markets like Japan, the US, and Australia, with expansion plans based on global needs.

Capgemini will deliver a comprehensive suite of digital services, including advanced software solutions, AI integration, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Separately, Capgemini announced a partnership with Mistral AI and SAP to offer scalable generative AI solutions tailored for highly regulated industries. The trio will roll out over 50 AI-driven use cases across sectors such as finance, aerospace, and the public sector, ensuring strict compliance and data security.
