Bengaluru-based voice AI startup Gnani.ai has raised $10 million in a Series B funding round, led by Aavishkaar Capital, with participation from existing investor Info Edge Ventures.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate global expansion, strengthen research and development, and enhance its agentic AI capabilities, particularly in multilingual and industry-specific applications.

Founded in 2016 by Ganesh Gopalan and Ananth Nagaraj, Gnani.ai focuses on voice-first AI solutions for enterprises, enabling automation of customer interactions across multiple languages and channels.
The company claims its platform currently processes over 30 million voice interactions daily across more than 12 languages, serving 200+ enterprise clients, including large global organisations.

Gnani.ai has built a full-stack AI ecosystem in-house, including speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and proprietary speech-to-speech models, positioning itself as a key player in sovereign and enterprise AI solutions.
The funding comes amid growing investor interest in deep-tech and AI infrastructure startups in India, particularly those focused on real-world enterprise applications and multilingual capabilities.
