
Atomicwork has raised $25 million in a Series A funding round led by Khosla Ventures and Z47, with participation from Battery Ventures, Peak XV Partners, Blume Ventures, Neon Fund, and Storm Ventures. The funding underscores growing investor confidence in agentic AI-powered IT service management, a space where Atomicwork is making significant strides.
The company, founded in 2022 by Vijay Rayapati (former Nutanix executive), Kiran Darisi (Freshworks Co-Founder), and Parsuram Vijayasankar (ex-Freshworks engineer), is on a mission to moderniSe enterprise IT workflows. Its agentic AI platform, powered by an enterprise knowledge graph and AI-driven service automation, enables IT teams to automate repetitive tasks, manage incidents in real-time, and focus on driving business growth.

Atomicwork’s AI agents can reason, plan, and execute IT workflows autonomously, reducing the operational burden on enterprise IT teams. Businesses such as Zuora and Pepper Money are already leveraging these capabilities to improve service delivery speed, operational efficiency, and digital workplace experiences.

With the newly secured funding, Atomicwork plans to scale AI deployment, expand enterprise integrations, and enhance platform capabilities.
