Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Google LLC to level up its data centre business. A subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, the company focuses on delivering state-of-the-art data centre solutions in India.

With this collaboration, Anant Raj Cloud will handle data centre infrastructure, managed services, and cloud platforms for public and private enterprises. The partnership also aims to build innovative technological solutions and help customers create AI-powered solutions for data infrastructure, productivity, and security.


Anant Raj Cloud is currently developing data centres with a 300 MW IT load capacity in Manesar, Rai, and Panchkula. The initial phase in Manesar is already operational. The company owns notable real estate for these projects, with 1.2 million square feet on a 10-acre site in Manesar, 2.1 million square feet on a 25-acre site in Rai (with potential for expansion), and 500,000 square feet on a 10-acre site in Panchkula (also with expansion options).

Industry experts are predicting a demand for around 20 million square feet of data centre space in major cities over the next 4–5 years. India’s data centre market is rapidly growing, bolstered by its status as the second-fastest-growing digital economy globally. The country is expecting an increase in cloud spending at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 30%.

The Indian data centre market saw recent land transactions totaling over 500 acres, led by Mumbai at 45%, followed by Hyderabad at 26% and Pune at 14%.
