AlgoLeap has announced the appointment of Prashant Achanta as President and Co-Founder.

AlgoLeap has experienced impressive growth, with a client roster that includes Fortune 500 companies as well as disruptive late-stage start-ups for whom digital is critical to driving growth and differentiation. The core of AlgoLeap’s strategy is putting customers and employees first, with a focus on cloud-first custom application development, low code/automation, and data & AI.

Prashant’s primary responsibilities in his new role will be to drive business growth and strengthen delivery capabilities. He will be in charge of all client engagement, solutions, and delivery teams, as well as driving the growth of AlgoLeap Digital Studios.

He brings more than two decades of experience as an IT executive and strategist, having held leadership positions in the technology industry at Cognizant, LTI, and, most recently, Firstsource. He graduated from Dayal Bagh Educational Institute (DEI) with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from IIM Lucknow in India.
