Tata Communications has appointed Narottam Sharma as Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer, effective September 21, 2026. He will join the company’s senior leadership team and drive its enterprise-wide transformation agenda.

In his new role, Sharma will focus on aligning technology investments with business priorities, redesigning operating models and driving innovation across core operations, supply chain and corporate functions.

With over two decades of experience in digital technology, AI-led transformation and process re-engineering, Sharma most recently served as Chief Information Officer at Jubilant FoodWorks. He has also held senior transformation and technology roles at Mastek and Sterlite.
