Hybrid healthcare platform CureBay has named Siddharth Agrawal as its new Chief Operating Officer as part of efforts to expand its footprint in underserved markets across India. The company, which focuses on delivering affordable healthcare to remote and rural areas, is positioning the appointment as a strategic move to scale operations nationwide.

Agrawal comes with more than 20 years of experience leading operations at major consumer brands and tech platforms, including stints at OLX India (now part of CarTrade Tech Group), OLA, Unilever, and Perfetti Van Melle. His track record in scaling consumer-focused and digital businesses is expected to support CureBay’s transition from a startup to a structured platform with national reach.

In his new role, Agrawal will take charge of operations across the board—managing network expansion, supply chain efficiency, regional rollouts, and overall operational performance. Key priorities include growing CureBay’s eClinic presence, expanding the Swasthya Mitra healthcare worker network, and embedding technology solutions to ensure reliable service delivery.

Priyadarshi Mohapatra, Founder and CEO of CureBay, described the hire as a strategic addition to the leadership team during a crucial growth phase. He highlighted Agrawal’s expertise in building and scaling digital-first consumer businesses as a valuable asset for the company’s expansion plans.
