Paisabazaar has announced a leadership transition with the appointment of Santosh Agarwal as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective March 1, 2025. He will report to Yashish Dahiya and take charge of the company’s operations while continuing to provide strategic guidance on the life insurance segment in the near term.

Naveen Kukreja, who has been at the helm for 11 years, is stepping back from daily management responsibilities. However, he will continue to be associated with the company as a Non-Executive Director on Paisabazaar’s board and oversee the leadership transition in the coming months. Meanwhile, Santosh will also join the board as an Executive Director.

In another key transition, Vivek Audichya will step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on February 28, 2025. His successor, Neeraj Tripathi, has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective March 1, 2025. This appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
