
With the aim of building a $1 billion combined business, Cognizant and ServiceNow have teamed up in a strategic partnership to promote the use of AI-driven automation in a variety of industries.
Cognizant has assumed the lead as ServiceNow’s main launch partner for end-to-end observability solutions designed for cloud applications across various industries.
Cognizant has created an internal ServiceNow Business Group to lead this initiative and will introduce AI-enabled solutions to clients to help them reduce costs. Operational effectiveness, enhanced user experience, and accelerated innovation will be the group’s main areas of focus.

According to Ravi Kumar S, CEO of Cognizant, companies work to increase their competitiveness, streamline operations, and provide better overall experiences, but they encounter difficulties due to platform silos and labour-intensive, manual workflows. “By combining our extensive industry knowledge, enterprise AI solutions, and ServiceNow’s powerful platform, Cognizant and ServiceNow are well-positioned to address these challenges, delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions that enhance the value of our client’s products and services to their end customers.”

“Race for innovation is currently underway among CEOs. According to Bill McDermott, chairman and CEO of ServiceNow, the winners will embrace AI-led transformation to reinvent their business models.
The company also emphasised that by combining the domain knowledge of Cognizant with the Now Platform and ServiceNow’s industry product solutions, clients can move beyond isolated decision-making and better differentiate their businesses.

Many significant business players have partnered with international technology firms in recent months to explore the potential of AI. Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Mphasis, and Infosys are just a few of the businesses that are working hard to create their own generative AI platforms. These platforms aim to strengthen internal capacities to effectively manage workloads while giving clients a scalable solution to responsibly explore creative use cases using generative AI.
