Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has announced that it has appointed Dr. Swatee Sarangi as its  Global Head – Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development.

Sarangi will look after the organization’s change mandate and will focus on leadership and capability building. She will also work on skill-building, creating a learning culture and enabling the organization’s digital transformation agenda.

Prior to this, she was Head of Learning and Organization Development at Larsen & Toubro. She holds over two decades of experience in teaching, research, training, consulting and leading people development practices. She has been part of several strategic interventions for business advantage and has extensively worked in areas of learning, leadership, change and work practice innovations.

She holds a Ph.D. degree in the area of Talent Management and Organizational Development.
