Global IT services major Infosys has entered into a strategic collaboration with Cognition, an AI software company, to help enterprises accelerate their artificial intelligence adoption and software development processes.

The partnership brings together Cognition’s AI software engineer ‘Devin’ with Infosys Topaz Fabric, Infosys’ enterprise AI platform. Together, the two solutions will support organisations in automating software development tasks, improving engineering productivity and shortening time-to-market for digital products.

Officials said the collaboration is designed to help enterprises manage growing software complexity while maintaining speed, quality and security. By embedding AI into development workflows, companies will be able to automate coding, testing, documentation and system optimisation.
