
Zepto, the fast-growing Indian food delivery startup, has launched Zepto Atom – a subscription-based analytics suite designed to empower brands with real-time, hyperlocal insights. Co-founder Aadit Palicha introduced the tool via a LinkedIn announcement, highlighting its potential to revolutionise how brands engage with customers on the platform.
Zepto Atom enhances the capabilities of the existing Zepto Brand Portal, which offers basic performance metrics for free. The new premium service delivers advanced features that go far beyond standard dashboards, making it one of the most data-rich brand tools in Indian e-commerce today.
Among its standout features is a PIN-code-level live map interface, allowing brands to assess performance metrics neighbourhood by neighbourhood. This precision enables data-driven decisions on pricing, marketing, and inventory in underperforming areas—unlocking targeted growth opportunities.
Another powerful component is the provision of minute-by-minute sales and engagement data. Brands can monitor customer impressions, conversions, and other KPIs in real-time, helping them fine-tune campaigns and product assortments instantly.

Zepto Atom also integrates Zepto GPT, a proprietary AI assistant trained on the company’s internal datasets. It responds to natural language queries with actionable insights, strategic suggestions, and auto-generated performance reports. Example queries include, “How can I grow protein bar sales in Bengaluru?” or “What are Gen Z’s top beverage preferences in Mumbai?”
In addition, the tool provides access to behavioural analytics, such as customer retention, repeat purchase rates, and brand visibility across search and homepage slots.
The platform is expected to go live for partner brands within the week.
Zepto’s move follows a broader trend of food delivery companies branching into SaaS offerings. Earlier this year, Zomato introduced Nugget, an AI-driven customer support solution. Originally built in-house, Nugget now supports over 15 million monthly interactions across Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure, and is available globally to external businesses.
