Wipro Limited has announced a strategic relationship with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to launch the GenAI solution. This collaboration will aid in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve operational efficiency and raise consumer experience worldwide.

According to Wipro, the GenAI platform, which is driven by their Smart Operations platform and HPE Machine Learning Development Environment, intends to produce extraordinary results. According to the business, field testing has shown a possible 50% reduction in Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for GenAI applications, a 30% decrease in incident inflow, better Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and a reduction in process cycle time to drive continuing operational excellence.

Wipro stated that industries that rely on customer service, IT support, and operations, such as financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, stand to benefit significantly from this collaboration. The technology services and consulting firm also stated that clients will have access to a selection of Large Language Models (LLMs) that have been tailored to fit varied business objectives and improve decision-making capabilities.
