Together Fund has launched Together AI Studio, a venture-building initiative designed to empower AI-first startups in India. The program provides AI entrepreneurs with critical resources, industry mentorship, and financial backing to accelerate innovation and global expansion.

Scheduled to kick off on April 15, 2025, the 12-week program will primarily take place in Bengaluru, with a concluding week in the United States. Startups participating in the initiative will gain access to up to $1 million in funding, mentorship from leading AI experts, and a robust US-India network to help scale their businesses globally.

Additionally, Together AI Studio offers over $600,000 in cloud credits from OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, along with a dedicated office space in Bengaluru to foster collaboration and growth.

The program is spearheaded by a team of AI entrepreneurs and investors, including Manav Garg, Lakshmi Shankar, Shubham Gupta, Sethu Chidambaram, Shivam Kant, and Kaushik Srinivasan, who bring deep industry expertise and market insights to guide emerging AI startups.

Together AI Studio aims to support startups building AI-powered business applications in areas such as enterprise automation, customer relationship management, and cybersecurity. The healthcare sector is also a major focus, with AI-driven advancements in diagnostics, patient care, and workflow optimisation.

Beyond enterprise applications, the program is nurturing frontier AI research, spanning innovations in quantum computing, brain-computer interfaces, and AI-driven defence and security solutions.

• Chaotix – An AI-powered game creation platform
• Composio – AI-driven integration of large language models with enterprise applications

Together AI Studio’s launch comes amid rising momentum in India’s AI ecosystem. Another key initiative, Project EKA, was recently introduced by Soket Labs to develop advanced AI foundation models optimised for India’s diverse linguistic and socio-economic landscape.

Bringing together AI researchers, engineers, and leading institutions such as IITs, IISc, and global research centres, Project EKA aims to create multilingual, high-efficiency AI models that drive transformation across education, finance, national security, and agriculture.

With AI innovation rapidly evolving in India, initiatives like Together AI Studio and Project EKA are poised to strengthen the country’s position in the global AI revolution.
