Sunil Ranjhan has been appointed the Chief Human Resources Officer of Dixon Technologies. He will be responsible for the company’s HR strategy and for creating an engaging and dynamic workplace for all the employees.

“As the new CHRO, he’s set to usher in an era of innovation and employee empowerment. His strategic vision aims to cultivate a vibrant workplace culture, positioning Dixon for sustained growth in an ever-changing business landscape,” the company said on their LinkedIn page.

Before joining Dixon Technologies, Ranjhan was the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Management Services with LG Electronics.

Ranjhan’s professional career started at Wipro in Mumbai, where he joined the company as an executive in 1987. He then moved to the National Productivity Council as an HR consultant. Since then, he has acquired almost four decades of experience in HR, working with companies such as Maruti Suzuki, Apollo Tyres, Honda, Wipro, and JCT Electronics.

Dixon Technologies is an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company in India. It offers design-focused solutions for home appliances, security devices, lighting and mobile phones. It also repairs and refurbishes various products.

Ranjhan took to his LinkedIn account to announce the appointment. He stated that he looks forward to a new phase in his career with Dixon Technologies, calling it the most exciting company that is “India’s largest electronics manufacturer and a pioneer in the EMS Industry!”
