SLK Software announced two new appointments to its leadership team. Shailendra Singh has been named the Chief Strategic Growth Officer of SLK, and Srikant Venkatesh the new Chief Client Officer for BFSI.

Singh has more than 25 years of experience working with IBM and Wipro. At SLK, he will lead the expansion of its Fintech business, drive non-linear growth initiatives, and strengthen the partnerships and alliances ecosystem.

Venkatesh previously worked with TCS for 20 years. As the CCO (BFSI), he will be responsible for boosting client engagement, developing industry solutions, and leading the strategic growth for the banking, insurance, and financial services unit.

Ajay Kumar, CEO of SLK Software, said, “I am confident these additions to our leadership team will be pivotal in advancing SLK’s vision and create a positive impact for our customers and stakeholders.”

Additionally, Raghu Mohanrao, previously the Chief Delivery & Operations Officer, has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer. Raghu will oversee global delivery and operations, build capabilities around SLK’s services and IPs, incubate new practices, and drive overall service excellence.
