Sarvam AI has launched Sarvam Samvaad, a next-gen conversational AI platform designed to help Indian enterprises build, deploy, and scale intelligent agents that can speak and understand 11 Indian languages. Built for omnichannel support, across voice calls, WhatsApp, websites, and mobile apps, Samvaad is engineered for enterprise-grade reliability with fast deployment cycles and language-specific accuracy.
According to the company, Samvaad handles intricate linguistic patterns, alphanumerics, and proper nouns with precision while delivering real-time conversational insights. With flexible pricing tailored to the Indian market, it enables businesses to swiftly transition from pilot testing to large-scale rollout in just days. Leading Indian companies are reportedly already leveraging the platform at scale.
In addition, Sarvam has launched Sarvam-Translate, a powerful open-source translation engine trained on Gemma3-4B-IT. Supporting 22 Indian languages—from Hindi and Tamil to Assamese and Manipuri—it is purpose-built for long-form content. It preserves the original structure of complex files like LaTeX, HTML, and OCR-processed documents.
Sarvam AI is also in the spotlight for its release of Sarvam-M, a 24-billion parameter hybrid language model based on Mistral Small. Open-weight and multilingual, the model supports 10 major Indian languages and is designed to accelerate Indic AI research and development.
