SAP has announced the promotion of Eng. Sundus Bushahri to Managing Director for its operations in Kuwait. With over 15 years of experience at prominent multinational and Fortune 500 companies, Sundus Bushahri is set to lead SAP’s efforts in advancing Kuwait’s digitalization initiatives and workforce development programs. These efforts aim to maximize the benefits of cloud computing and business AI technologies.

Ahmed AlFaifi, Senior Vice President of SAP Middle East and Africa—North, and Bushahri’s direct supervisor, stated, “Kuwait represents a key growth market for SAP, poised for rapid digital advances and workforce enhancements geared towards a robust digital economy. Eng. Sundus Bushahri’s comprehensive experience in global markets and her deep-rooted understanding of the local culture uniquely position her to drive our strategic support of Kuwait’s national objectives.” He highlighted her technical prowess, market insight, and leadership skills as crucial for fostering technology adoption across public and private sectors and promoting educational growth within the Kuwaiti workforce.

Before her recent appointment, Sundus served as Vice President of Business Development and Sales at SAP Kuwait, where she developed customized enterprise solutions and cultivated significant client and partner relationships.

On her new role, Sundus remarked, “I am honored to lead the charge in supporting Kuwait’s digital transformation. Sundus earned a BSc in Software Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
