Founded in 2023 by Umair Mohammed, Shamail Tayyab, and Pratik Anand, the Delhi NCR-based startup offers AI-enabled marketing platforms designed to drive revenue growth for D2C brands through intent-based targeting and privacy-first compliance, moving away from traditional cookie-based advertising.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen AI capabilities, scale international operations in markets like the UAE and US, and expand the team. CEO Mohammed told Inc42 the company aims to double its annual recurring revenue from $5 million to $10 million.
Nitro Commerce operates multiple business verticals including NitroX, Nitro Ads, and Nitro Rewards. Through Nitro Ads, brands can reach high-intent users across food delivery apps, payment platforms, and OTT channels, offering alternatives to Meta and Google advertising.
