The move underscores Mphasis’s commitment to deepening its focus on intelligent orchestration, global transformation, and operational agility for large enterprises across industries.

Aokah Inc. is a newly formed entity that leverages advanced AI and automation technologies to simplify and optimise the setup and operation of GCCs worldwide. Its core platform is structured around five advanced “Wisdom Engines” that offer intelligent decision-making support across the lifecycle of enterprise delivery systems. These engines—Program Wisdom, Geo Wisdom, Talent Wisdom, Ecosystem Wisdom, and Delivery Wisdom—collectively offer real-time analytics, actionable insights, and automation capabilities to ensure efficient execution, improved resilience, and faster time-to-market for global operations.

Program Wisdom is designed to proactively manage delays, deviations, and disruptions in program execution. Geo Wisdom provides intelligence on the best geographical locations for setting up GCCs based on talent availability, costs, and geopolitical factors.
