AI-led tech firm Mindsprint is strengthening its India operations as the core of its global innovation and delivery model. The company aims to double its revenue from $200 million to $400 million by 2030, with India playing a central role.
Headquartered in Singapore, Mindsprint has launched a new 87,000 sq. ft. tech hub and Customer Experience Centre in Chennai and is planning a new facility in Bangalore to support growth and co-creation.
India is also key to its talent strategy—its data analytics team alone has grown from 10 to 400 professionals since 2020. The company has embedded AI across its operations, with 95% of employees completing a GenAI certificate program and an in-house “Mindverse” platform powering delivery.
At the heart of Mindsprint’s offering is its Future Forward Lab, which develops agentic AI solutions for use cases like autonomous trading, procurement intelligence, and finance automation.
The company is pursuing a dual India strategy—serving Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and large Indian manufacturers in sectors like energy, water, and agriculture. Formal GCC-focused offerings are expected in the next 3-4 months.
