Kenvue has appointed Madhav Nayak as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Asia-Pacific, bringing over two decades of FMCG and consumer marketing expertise to lead the company’s portfolio of iconic brands across the region.
Based in Singapore, Nayak will oversee the APAC marketing organization across all markets including China, India, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. He will be responsible for driving brand strategy and commercial performance for renowned Kenvue brands including Johnson’s, Neutrogena, Listerine, Aveeno, and Band-Aid.
Nayak joins Kenvue after spending more than three years leading marketing for KFC Asia from 2021 to 2025. During his tenure at Yum! Brands, he directed brand strategy and regional commercial performance across multiple markets, overseeing marketing planning, communications, menu and product innovation, media strategy, and digital commerce initiatives.

Prior to Yum! Brands, Nayak worked with Meta for approximately two years. His longest tenure was with Unilever, where he held multiple leadership roles over more than 12 years, most recently as Senior Global Marketing Director. At Unilever, he launched premium-tier innovations across major Asian and European markets, driving market-share gains and gross-margin expansion, while also serving as Southeast Asia e-commerce lead for the Home Care portfolio.
Beyond his corporate roles, Nayak serves as Adjunct Faculty and Executive in Residence at Singapore Management University, teaching brand strategy and strengthening industry-academia collaboration. He was recognized in the Campaign Asia-Pacific Power List in 2023 and 2024 for his marketing contributions.
