KKR India Financial Services, Indian Non-banking Financial Company (NBFC) of US private equity firm KKR & Co, has appointed Kapil Singhal, former Goldman Sachs Senior credit executive as the Managing Director.

Singhal has more than 25 years of experience. He is an IIT Delhi and FMS Delhi alumnus. He was looking after the Edelweiss Special Opportunities Fund before joining KKR India Financial Services.

He was the head of India credit trading for almost four years at Goldman Sachs since mid of 2011. He has also worked with financial services major like ICICI Bank, GE Capital and Deutsche Bank since 1995.
