McAfee has appointed Joe Manna as its Chief Product and Engineering Officer. He will oversee engineering and product strategy, focusing on user-first designs and enhancing customer experiences.

Manna was previously the Group President and Global Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Product and Technology Officer for its Consumer Services division for Experian. There he led the global technology strategy, helping the company earn recognition as a top employer for tech talent in India and the US. Manna will join McAfee’s Executive Leadership Team and report to Craig Boundy, McAfee’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Craig Boundy said Manna’s technical expertise and leadership will help scale McAfee’s AI-powered products. He said Manna’s experience in building teams and delivering consumer-focused products will be valuable.

Before Experian, he was the Chief Information Officer of Live Nation, Chief Operating Officer of Live Nation Ticketing, and Chief Technology Officer of Ticketmaster and Tickets.com.

Manna said McAfee’s advancements in AI-powered online protection make this an important time for the company. He highlighted products like McAfee Deepfake Detector as examples. Manna said he is excited to work with McAfee’s team to create solutions that benefit millions of people globally.
