Misra brings a wealth of experience from various HR sectors and industries, positioning her to work closely with the Godrej Capital team in fostering a culture where everyone can achieve their maximum potential. Misra expressed her enthusiasm for embarking on this new journey with Godrej Capital, anticipating a wealth of learning, growth, and the opportunity to contribute to making the company an outstanding place for success.

Boasting 17 years of expertise in HR, Misra has made significant contributions to the financial services, IT, and food and beverage sectors. Before joining Godrej Capital, she served as the Director and Head of HR for Lenovo in India and held the position of HR Director for Finance, Commercial, and IT across Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia at PepsiCo. Her career also includes roles at Bharti Walmart and Bharti Retail. Misra’s professional journey began at PepsiCo in 2007 as a management trainee after completing her MBA in HR from MDI Gurgaon.
